    THE FIRST IS FROM THE ST.MARY’S UNIVERSITY CAMPUS POLICE DEPARTMENT. THE UNIVERSITY IS LOCATED IN SAN ANTONIO,TEXAS. PATCH IS NEW AND HAS NOT BEEN ON A UNIFORM.
    THE SECOND IS FROM THE SOUTHWWESTERN BAPTIST SEMINARY COLLEGE LOCATED IN
    FORT WORTH, TEXAS. THIS IS SECURITY OFFICER PATCH FROM THE COLLEGE. I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS PATCH BEFORE. IT HAS NOT BEEN ON A UNIFORM.

    **** The US Post Office has been in some kind of funk in that it is taking longer than normal shipping time for items to get to the buyers. I put the date on the bottom left corner of the envelope to show you that I indeed shipped it right away, so please do not mark shipping time as not being on time, it is out of my control and I assure you, it is very frustrating to me. I am sorry that it is taking longer but I have no control over how SAD the Post Office has become. THANK YOU.
    Shipping is $ 1.25 in the U.S. and $ 4.50 out of the U.S. as foreign postal rates have increased a lot! WILL SEND IN 2 SEPARATE ENVELOPES TO AN INTERNATIONAL BIDDER TO SAVE ON CUSTOMS SHIPPING RATES.
